Residium Build + Design Day – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is Residium Design + Building Centre, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand (“Residium”).Eligibility
Entry is open to all visitors to the Residium Build + Design Day event on Saturday 11 October 2025 who are aged 18 years or older.
Employees, contractors and immediate families of Residium and participating exhibitors are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Eligible attendees will be automatically entered into the prize draws when they register and check in at Residium Build + Design Day.
Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated for specific prize promotions.
Entries must be received during event hours (9am – 5pm on Saturday 11 October 2025).
Prizes
Prizes are as described on the official event website and promotional material.
Each prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable, Residium reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Draw & Winner Notification
Prize draws will be conducted by Residium staff within 5 working days of the event.
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via the contact details supplied during event registration (email and/or phone).
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize may be redrawn.
Use of Personal Information
By entering, entrants agree that Residium may use their name, photograph and any statements made by them for promotional purposes, without compensation.
Personal details provided will be used only for administering the prize draw and for Residium’s event communications, unless the entrant has opted into further marketing.
Liability
Residium is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in the prize draw or accepting a prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants participate at their own risk.
Acceptance of Terms
Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
